I had the experience of being a nurse manager for a dementia care unit for five years. With this experience I'm able to incorporate the needs related to dementia in the PRI and Screen, to reflect the care needed.

I've been helping families navigating through the placement process and helping elders with medical relocations from state to state since 2000.
